“Doing this program has drastically improved my relationship with food. I never knew how to pair foods with other certain foods to help me stay fuller longer, so I stay away from snacking every 45 minutes. I saw Aubrie here, and she was amazing to work with. She also had a baby not too long ago, so she understood a little bit more of what it takes for new moms to get their bodies back. I’ve learned so much in the program, including how important it is to eat frequent, protein-filled meals. I am also grateful to her for teaching me how to use workout equipment.
