Meet Our Centerville Team
My name is Allie Henrie and I am a Registered Dietitian at Total Health and Fitness. I grew up living an active lifestyle where I spent most of my free time swimming competitively. Through swimming I learned to love the process of setting and achieving physical goals. My passion for competitive swimming carried with me into college where I swam for Missouri State. After deciding to end my swimming career and shift my focus toward school, I transferred to Utah State and took a basic nutrition course to fill a credit requirement. It was in this class that I discovered my passion for using food to heal. I changed my major to Nutrition and Dietetics and have never looked back. I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree, after which I completed a 9-month Dietetic Internship in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. After completing my internship, I returned to Utah and began working as a Clinical Dietitian at Davis Hospital in Layton. I spent most of my time teaching defensive nutrition, educating patients on healthy diets after they had heart attacks or had been diagnosed with Diabetes. So many of the problems I saw patients at the hospital suffer through could have been prevented or solved by making a habit of being physically active and eating a healthy diet. Total Health and Fitness has provided me with the opportunity to combine my two passions of nutrition and physical activity to teach the complete approach needed to reach goals, maintain health, and prevent the health problems I previously spent time with. Sharing my knowledge with clients and then watching them use that to make positive changes is the most rewarding and exciting part of what I do.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a passion for all things health and fitness! I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health so I work with my clients to create a realistic plan that fits their personal lifestyle. As a long distance runner, I grew up with a burning desire to learn more and more about nutrition and fitness (my mom even told me I should be a dietitian when I was just 12 years old!) This inspired me to complete a dual bachelors degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science from Utah State University. After graduation, I completed a 9-month dietetic internship then worked as a Registered Dietitian at Goldman Sachs. During my time in corporate wellness, I was able to teach employees of all different backgrounds how to maintain a healthy lifestyle amidst impossibly busy schedules. Here at Total Health and Fitness I combine my love for nutrition and fitness to help my clients achieve their health goals! When I’m not with clients, I enjoy trail running, creating healthy recipes, and listening to podcasts.

My name is Summer Spokes and I’m a Consultant and Certified Personal Trainer here at Total Health and Fitness. My journey in the fitness industry started at an early age. I was a very active child who loved to run, dance and play sports. I danced for my high school drill team where we placed in state my junior year. I then earned a scholarship to be on the dance team in college where I assisted leading our team as co-captain. I carried the love to ‘move’ with me into adulthood where I became certified in four Les Mills Group Fitness programs. My first certification was in 2004, and after 14 years I still have a passion for teaching! The next natural step for me was to increase my knowledge of our body’s movement through exercise. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and have enjoyed working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their personal fitness goals.
My husband and I have been married for 21 years and have 3 amazing kids that we love to hang out with, even if they like being with their friends more than hanging out with us! I have always loved helping people from all walks of life. I am compassionate and motivating. I am grateful that this job affords me the opportunity to do those things. Let me help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
Hi! I’m Jamie Stein from Milwaukee, WI. I was always on the heavier side throughout childhood. I was self-conscious and never found gym class very fun, which affected my body image and mindset about my weight even into college. Luckily, in high school, I fell in love with distance running and became active in yoga and world-class color guard. Ever since I’ve wanted to help others learn how energizing it can feel to be active and eat right! My ideal clients are community members who simply want to clean up their eating habits and enjoy the FUN of fitness, such as fun runs, energizing fitness classes, and getting active with others. I couldn’t think of a better place than Total Health and Fitness to utilize all my skills for those seeking guidance, no matter what age or experience level.
My Bachelor’s was in Nutrition-Dietetics at Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!), and I completed my dietetic internship at Bradley University in Illinois with an emphasis on fitness and wellness. Helping kids eat right is important to me as well, so I worked for a few years as a K-12 school district dietitian writing lunch menus and educating in classrooms. Ogden became my home in 2015, where I completed my Master’s in Athletic Training and worked in the Employee Wellness program at Weber State, giving me a solid background in high cholesterol/diabetic/hypertensive clients, strength and conditioning, sport psychology, and injury rehabilitation. Last year I was an athletic trainer and teacher at Bear River High School and an athletic trainer for Vanguard Music and Performing Arts in California, but now I am back on track with my original passion of community fitness and health.
Utah’s active community has such uplifting and positive people! My husband and I challenge ourselves with always more yoga, hiking, camping, climbing, kayaking, and half marathons with new friends.
