Our program is more doable than you might think and it’s all due to customization. Your plan is built for you and modified week-to-week so you’re only on that plan seven days at a time. Our program is something that everyone can do, no matter their limitations. It’s all about progression and simply doing more than you are doing right now.
Our nutrition plans are all about sustainable eating—the way you’ll eat for the rest of your life. We don’t do crash diets. We teach you how to keep up with good habits to achieve desired results even when we’re not around. Our exercise routines are not extreme. We start with your ability and experience and progress over time.
Yes, our plans are all customizable to the individual and their needs. If you are vegan or gluten-free, for example, we can work with that. If you’re limited in your ability to exercise due to a wheelchair, exercise-induced asthma, or any other reason, we can help you find options that can work for you, your body, and your circumstances. We write our nutrition and exercise plans with you and cater to your needs, likes, and dislikes. These plans can change week-to-week to accommodate any needs or preferences that you may have.
Accountability is so important! You’ll work with your dietitian/personal trainer to help you set and reach personal goals. This person will work with you from start to finish. When you start, you’ll come in for a FREE consultation where you’ll receive a tour of the facility and body analysis. You’ll also talk with one of our professionals about your goals and habits. They’ll show you an example of what your customized program could look like as well as help you understand how long your health goals could take to accomplish. After that, you’ll come in for weekly appointments where your coach will discuss your results with you as well as what the plan will be for the next week.
To increase your metabolism, there needs to be an increase in lean tissues and muscle mass. You also need to be participating in eating habits like eating frequently and eating for your upcoming activity level. This drives your metabolism. Resistance training is also important as this increases the amount of calories your body needs to repair itself.
Very important! The number of calories coming into your body compared to the amount being used determines whether or not you gain weight. However, we understand that a lot of people get overwhelmed by the math involved in keeping track of their health. That is why we count your calories for you and give you a script of what to eat and how to exercise so you don’t have to do it.
Our goal is to create a sustainable plan that works best for your body type. All our programs take into account each individual’s physiology. Low-carb diets are “quick fixes” that may get you short-term results, but they are not long-term, sustainable options.
Just start somewhere! Don’t look on social media and see what other people are doing and compare yourself. You don’t have to perform at their level! All you have to do is just do more than what you’ve already been doing.
You can only build muscle from the calories that you consume, not from exercise alone. It all depends on the relationship between your exercise and diet. That’s why our trainers will build a plan for you that helps your diet work with your exercise routine. If you want to look toned or go for more of a bodybuilder appearance, we can help create a plan that balances your exercise and diet to achieve those results*.
Our programs are fully customizable to your schedule. We can create plans that work for home, the office, vacation spots, and anywhere else. Some of our clients only work out four times a week for 30 minutes per day.
If this is happening, then you’re most likely not seeing any progress in your workout plan. Your calorie intake and distribution is off. This means that when and what you’re eating isn’t working with your exercise plan. That’s why our program changes your plan week-to-week so you can continue to see the results you desire*. No plateaus!
There are many benefits that a corporate wellness program can have for both your company and your employees. For example, it will reduce health risks and increase employee productivity. It will help employees feel appreciated and valued as well.
Everything we do is customized. Typically, corporate wellness programs may offer employees a general set of dietary or physical fitness suggestions. They might take your employees’ body metrics (like weight, blood pressure, etc) as well. Knowing that information is important, but our trainers will actually work with your employees to find a plan that is customized to their needs.
Yes! We want to give every person the chance to try out our program, even if they can’t make it into any of our facilities for their weekly consultations and workouts. That’s why we offer the best parts of our program to you remotely. You’ll still receive weekly nutrition and fitness plans, as well as a scheduled weekly remote consultation with a nutritionist and personal trainer to go over your progress over the phone.
Do you have a question that wasn’t mentioned above? Give us a call! We’ll get you the answers you need so you can continue on the path to a healthier you.
